My daughter is 7 years old..she s overweight..how cn i reduce her weight healthy?im a keralite nd cnt avoid rice nd rice products.not giving munch junks.she likes bakery stuff like every kid.,but now i limiting use of same.im so much worried about the same.she s 36 kg nw.

Hi rice is the staple food and it shouldn't be avoided. Lifestyle changes will help her, does she eat all the vegetables? Let the bakery items be weekly once treat or rarely. At this age physical activity is MUST, enroll her in some dance class or something, 0 screen time and no mobile phone. While eating no distraction, just she and her food.
