1) cut makhana into 2 pieces to check for worms. 
2) dry roast these makhana....lovely smell will start coming and makhana will turn light brown. 
3) let it cool 
4) blend them in a blender. 
5) sieve this powder to remove big pieces, if any 
6) take 2 spoons of this powder whenever u want to make it and add 30 to 40 ml of water or milk. It will depend on the consistency you need.

Well I give market wala cerelac in morning...then lunch is Dal chawal with veggies or daliya or makhana with milk or suji halwa...or any fruit...in night ghar wala cerelac again. In between milk chalu rehta hai.she is on formula nan pro

My daughter is 9 months old. She pees around 30 times a day and sometimes within 5 minutes she pees 2 times. I had done her urine culture and normal tests. both are OK. Worried about her.; Is it OK if she pees so much.
