Hi momma... I feel d best thing to do is to let ur girl indulge in good outdoor physical activities... It's really important to be careful while u doing this,&#160; kids are sensitive n it shouldn't become obvious to her... <br> There are a lot of places that offer good physical activities for kids... <br> Play in a park together,&#160; go for swimming,&#160;dance together, teach her some martial arts... <br> Plz try to join her for any such activities if u can,&#160; this would motivate her and it would also help u both bond<br> &#128522;<br> Also u can keep a check on the oil and butter intake.. Don't stop completely, but try not to overdo it

thank u all of u for answer...ya she is active all the time...but she has no control on having food when she feel tasty n good...

first chk her diet. weight gain is mostly cause of our diets. also is she active in and after school ? if not engage her in some activties like swimming, or karate classes, aerobics, skating. let her help u in some household chores. meanwhile u can set up a consultation with a doctor to rule out any other issues.

How is the diet you give her. A healthy diet and exercise/ playtime will ensure weight is in normal range. Does she play sports?
