To prevent dryness, give your child lots of fluids like water, coconut water, homemade fresh juices etc. Use chemical free and fragrance free soap like I'm using Bioderma Atoderm soap for my kiddo which is really amazing to prevent dryness. It keeps the skin soft and smooth.
