My doctor put me on Ecosprin 75mg. I have been asked to take 2 ecosprin tabs at bedtime..i had a preeclampsia attack last year is that why I've been put on such a strong dose this time? My question is are 2 ecosprins at once really necessary??

That's good to know. I did ask my doctor he told he knows what he's doing. Just wanted to know if 2 are really required

ecosprin controls high bp nd ensures adequate blood supply to fetus. i too hd given 75 mg however my bp was always normal. if ur dr prescribed 2 tab then it might be good in ur case. @616d5a27c1b4770013bcb718 pls advise

It is safe to take the ecosprin 75 mg not only in first trimester but till 32 weeks of gestation.
This helps in increasing the blood flow to baby as well keeping your blood vessels open so that the blood pressure effects on you as well as baby is reduced. It helps to prevent miscarriage also.In every way it is infact recommended in women with your history as it has possible benefits and no harm to baby.
It is better to start drug as after pregnancy is confirmed as it leads to mild gastritis and acidity if taken daily.
If u hav any queries u can. Ask. The gyanac as to. Why 2 dose daily...
Remember its who, who has to question the gyanac n it's Der duty to let u knw as the drug u r gng to consume.. Meanwhile let doctors update @616d5a27c1b4770013bcb718 @616d51e8ca67e40013aa9222
