My fav recipe for a healthy soup for the lil one. Can be given from Mo the 8 onwards :
APPC SOUP
-in a pressure cooker put roughly diced APPLE, POTATO, PUMPKIN

-add a pinch of fine CINNAMON POWDER or a CINNAMON STICK

-pressure cook for 2-3 whistles

-then blend and serve to the baby
It's sweet due to Apple, high in carbs and helps put on weight due to potato. Pumpkinss high fibre content helps with digestion. Cinnamon helps in digestion and helps introduce baby to new flavours.
I often add basil or Ajwain depending on what my child needs as a flavour or home remedy. Add garlic when having cold and can't eat anything.
