my friend had a emergency C section yesterday, she isnt able to express breast milk as of now. Is there any home remedies to speed up the process. Meanwhile, doctor has suggested to start with formula, any first hand review on good formula ?
Ask her to continue with breastfeeding. It will initially happen. Choose a formula which is closest to breastmilk and which contains prebiotics. Do consult your doctor before introducing anything new to your baby.
