My friend who is of 30 years now and is married from 1 year. She is having complete corneal block on right side and her other fallopian tube had thin stream of dye but was no spillage in hsg test.

We have referred to 2 doctors and both has referred completely different thing.

Dr A has suggested to do laproscopy to remove blockage. Only this is the way she can conceive. She said eating medicine will be only waste her time.
Dr B suggested that there is be some infection in the tube. She prescribed some medicines for 14 days and then asked her to do FTR. There is no need of laproscopy. You are too young to go for this surgery. Why put scars on your tummy.
We are confused what we should do now. We reconsulted Dr A. and she said I have no issues if you continue with Dr. B's treatment but this will surely only waste my friend's time. And if she gets pregnant, there might be a danger of false pregnancy. Blocked tube is not the concern. But other one is surely the issue. The cause of blockage can be anything like the tubes were blocked since birth or some other issue, which we can found while doing laproscopy when we see the thickness, color of that blocking medium.
She tried to take opinion of some relatives and friends where they are saying

1. Med se ho raha to acchi baat hy

2. Laproscopy is expensive so try something less pricey.

3. FTR will not remove blockage permanently and will come back again and again. So you will have to perform this procedure again after few months if you don't conceive.

4. FTR is not a surgery and laproscopy is. But still FTR will be more painful and risky.
Hope if anyone can provide any guidance, so my friend can actually make her decision.
