please eat balanced diet at every meal. do not cut out oils. add a little ghee to ur meals to reduce the glycemic index of the meal. avoid fruit juices as sugars just shoot up. eat small frequent meals. every 2 hours. please walk for 10 mins after brkfst lunch n dinner. it regularises the sugar by increasing glucose uptake by muscles. workouts will help like yoga and walks aside from the post meal walk.
