My Happy Place is being in the Moment.
I started my journey of Meditation while I was pregnant and Migraine hit me really hard.I still remember when the thought of Meditating sounded weird to me as in how would this stop Migraine ??But I am glad I started Meditation and since then no looking back.
Self Love for me is taking care of my Mental Health too along with physical health (Mostly ignored by women's ) .Little did I knew then how Meditation soothes our nerves thus keeping us relaxed and help us in getting rid of headaches.With lil ones around this is one of the best Therapies to keep yourself happy and relaxed 💞
Meditation has become a routine ,a habit and a Self love hobby for me ❤💚 Whenever I get time I sit quietly for 10 minutes in a silent place and chant the magical word OM 🙏
Note :You don't need fancy mats or fancy clothes for Meditation 😁just comfortable clothes with peaceful place serves the purpose 💚

Dear!!! This is wonderful. Please please do share more. I would love to start on a regular basis. I just sit and try to just concentrate on breathing but I keep getting thoughts of all kinds. Meditation is just so important
