My healthy dessert for Ganapati :-) Coconut laddoo made with jaggery, cashew paste and elaichi (cardamom) powder. Cooked on a slow flame for not more than 3 minutes (so as to kill nutrients less). Family and friends liked it so experiment successful :-))
