My hemoglobin; level is very low what should I do??

Even my hemoglobin was 7 during pregnancy.... I took palak n beet juice ....n daily 1 pomegranate ... N had gud n ghee with my food...within 1 month it increased to 10....even u can give a try to this ditya....

Hey in addition to the supplements you can take dates , raw banana , rajma , brocolli , spinach .

hi ditya, are you taking ur supplements? pls be sure to have iron rich food like beet, red bhaaji, chikoo, apple, anar, green leafy veggies. squeeze lemon on ur salad everyday or ask dr if u should also take vit C which helps in iron absorption. pls follow ur dr's advice for sure.

Eat khajur, pomegranate, apples, make some laddos using roasted chana and gud. Eat leafy vegetables
