Don't worry try talking to your babies, sing to them, try bonding and also help they bond internally by having a play time in the day. once they feel comfortable and happy and get use to the sound of you talking to them they will start talking slowly

Hey super mom, you are doing a wonderful job. Probably you can take some time to understand the bonding they are having. Sing to them , dance to them. Make them do several other activities. They will definitely start talking dont worry.
