Are the fluid filled or simply skin coloured small pimples which are not even red but if there are red and also your baby is showing signs of lethargy and if they are appearing on hands and feet as well and this is only e a few days that you have noticed then keep an eye on the pimples for a week if baby start to develop diarrhoea you need to see pediatrician
