If it's prickly heat you are talking about, my baby's paediatrician had recommended Elosmooth lotion which a moisturiser plus lacto calamine combination. But it didn't quite work on the neck region which usually remains sweaty in babies. Though he had advised me against the use of baby powder after her birth saying it doesn't have any function, I used Chicco powder and I'm surprised that the allergy has subsided in 2 days. I used powder just once after bath.

its probably due to the heat... give coconut oil massage prior to bath. make her wear loose cotton clothes. keep room airy . consult with paediatrician for a good lotion or powder...
