Hello dear. Drink plenty of water. Don’t take stress so much. Breastfeeding is actually a mind game. For increasing breast milk supply, you can include in your diet- orange Masoor dal, green mung dal (chilke), paneer, cheese and kidney beans (for some it’s colic). Peanuts can also be included in the food chart. Make it in a powdery form for consuming or mix it in your Panjiri Ladoos. take milk at least two times a day. Regular use of milk promotes proper lactation. You can also add Mother’s horlicks in the milk as it has all necessary nutrients. Happy Breastfeeding

Hi keep latching the baby to your breast often. Give baby comfortable position to latch. Let the room be cool and silent, no distraction. Just you and your baby. Drink plenty of water like 4 liters per day, eat everything homemade in moderation.
