My milk supply varies daily. Some days I have enough milk supply, some days I don’t and have to depend on formula. Why does this milk supply varies? I have shatavari, oats etc in my diet. What should i do next?

Hi the more you give formula less the supply. Your milk will be produced according to your baby's needs. So the more he sucks more the milk..
