hey dont worry this could be managed with simple dietary and lifestyle changes too. firstly avoid taking stress, manage your weight well, exercise regularly, increase your fluid intake. when in periods , to manage period cramps us hot water bag or mild breathing exercised to release the muscle tension. have foods like nuts, seeds and green leafy vegetable as they help in managing the period symptoms too.
