My sister in law is 10 weeks pregnant with her LMP being 8 march,2018.
Yesterday she went for her early pregnancy scan and it showed no fetal cardiac activity with yolk sac not visible and sac is 6weeks 3 days.
Her Doctor said its a missed abortion. Is there any chance that we wait for another one week and repeat the scan there could be fetal cardiac activity?
Please help.

Scan is clearly saying no yolk sac is seen.. then there is no question of cardiac activity.. there is no progress in growth and it has stopped.. so best is to terminate..

Wait for at least 1-2 week n then do a review scan , there may be a chances that might show some activity..
