My sleeping pattern is very wired and bad. Kabhi idhar leg chala jata hai to kabhi udhar. Neend me kabhi thik se ek jagah nhi so pati. Mai boht try kiya. But neend me kaise control karu. Kabhi kabhi to back pe soti rehti hu. Baby ko kuch hoga? Darr lg rha hai

u shud not sleep on ur stomach as pregnancy advances. keep pillows by ur sides and see if it helps.
