How many months he is?? Go for ajwain.. jus roast a tsps with 1-2 cloves of garlic make a small cloth bag of it mk him inhale this.. n administer ajwain water.. Boil 1 tsps if he is more den 2 yrs or 15-20 granules if he's small n no him drink with a few drops of honey
