My son is 18 months and he has not urinated from last 11 hrs but is drinking water as usual. Please suggest as I am worried

Sweating is normal. He drinks lot of water but not peeing yet. Consulted the Dr. Will have To do sonography

Is the baby sweating ?? How's the temperature ...if it continues then please show him to the doctor...Keep giving water and juices
