My son is 3 months old and his birth weight was 2.9 kg, now he is 5.5 kg. But he looks so thin. He is on breastfeed only. And he still hasn't rolled over.

That's fine no issues. The baby will gain weight gradually . Keep breastfeeding the baby. Roll over most likely by next month. No worries
