my son is 3.5months old & doing stool in 2-3 days... Is this normal?? or should i take him to dr. or give neopeptine syrup... pls suggest

it's normal if thrs no problem in passing the stool. it should not be like pebbles (sign of constipation)

If baby is exclusively breast fed then completely normal. If stools are soft and easy to pass even with formula then no cause for concern.
