My son is 6 years old & he seems to be very weak he is o only 17.5 kg. but he is very much active to gain the weight what food I have to give him plz suggest

Hi if your son is active and happy kid then don't worry about the weight part. You can include good fats like ghee, coconut oil, unsalted butter, banana, avocado, potatoes, Paneer, chicken breast etc . Avoid junks like biscuits, cakes and chocolates.
