Hai Deepika... It's common and quite normal. Don't worry. If is active and fine... it means everything is fine. Green poop will be due to your baby is teething. See his gums..u can see whitish spot... When baby teeth are ready to emerge, green poops are common.
If he poops immediately after bf, thats due to Gastric issue. You have ajwain water or eat some pan ( plain betel leaves). Things will be fine.
