hi megha..this looks like a type eczema which is essentially dry skin. most likely it is allergic , could be because of the kadas in which case it should start subsiding after you remove the same. moisturise the area after every bath ,you can apply lactocalamine locally. if you don't see any improvement after a few days or the rash is increasing have it examined by your local pediatricain.
