My son suffered from diarrhoea this week beginning ( Mon & Tues) after doctor checkup he recovered and be normal from thrusday . But from Friday he got cold ,cough,fever - running nose too so doctor gave cold syrup as well for fever p120 if temp>99 and meftal-p if temp>102 ,till yesterday temp maintained between 99 to 100.7 so given p120 5ml 4times,but tdy mrng 4.30 am temp raised to 102 so gave meftal-p 4 ml and he was okay till 1.30am again temp raised now to 100.4 .

I'm worried why temp can't control even giving medicine properly. Pls advice is this normal or what needs to do now
