Cloth nappies or diapers whateva u use, nees to be positioned right. Make sure u arent using too big a size. Tie thek or tape them right to avoid leakage.from my exp, using pampers Premium range can help with better absorption

I faced the same problem as my baby was on partial feed he use to pee my times. What you have <u>to</u> do is either go for very very good quality and drying up diaper or you can change diaper once at night after 3 - 4 hours. I know it's quite tough with triplets but it will be for few months. After few months baby will feed and sleep will get scheduled and it will automatically minimise the problem to some extent.
