my tummy is getting very fat after delivery also iam bother about dis.plz help me.

You can walk. To start exercise wait for 3 more months. Though wounds look healed..but still there are many things inside to settle down. Drink lot of water.. you can have hot water ..it will help in reducing weight.

I understand your concern. But as baby is small better concentrate on eating balanced and nutritional food. Use abdominal belt for tummy if it's normal delivery and check the same with your gyno is c-section. After 6 months... you will gain your strength and baby will start solids...that time you can start walking and stretching exercises..control high calorie food and through yoga can reduce.
