My Ultrasound shows that the gestational sac is 4 weeks 0 days. Does that mean i am 4 weeks pregnany or more?

Gestational sac forms after implantation so, if calculated grom lmp you should be 6 weeks pregnant but consult your doctor once regarding thism i m not too sure
