Hi<br> Until you breast feed you can sit back and relax. As it will help you to maintain. After six months of delivery start walking, yoga, abdominal exercises will help you. Don't go for crash diet. Eat a well balanced diet, a colourful diet include all varieties of veggies and fruits. Cut down on carbohydrates eat high fibre, protein diet

As its already 6 months you can go for walking, then you can slowly start exercises.
