My wife first USG report shows cervix length is 3 cm and second USG show cervix length is 4.6 cm and after 10 days USG report shows cervix length is 2.1 cm so any problem with this situation. Now 14 week is going on

Hi it should be 3 cm plus, 2.1 is less she may need cervical stitches. Consult gynecologist, she has to take test, avoid sex and travelling. Should not lift heavy weights .
