My wife is 20 weeks pregnant ( twins). Offlate her toe nails have turned brownish and got very dry n brittle. Is it a reason to ponder?
Hi its normal, there will be lot of skin nail, hair changes. I'm sure she is on iron and calcium supplements already, so things will settle. Ask her to drink plenty of water and keep herself hydrated.
