Right now the options are very limited because we cannot immunize now because rubella where is fuel injection for not to be given in pregnancy it can only be given once the delivery happens I will advise you to consult a senior gynecologist we will be needing hepatitis test and to test presence of HLA-DRa second blood test needs to be done after 2 weeks just to see IGM level now antibiotics shall be given

Then what should be done in this situation?

IGM is reactive your reports will be confirming positive or negative or will be written there. Igg should be positive and you are not imune right now.
