My wife is 32 weeks pregnant with twins.she is having high blood pressure constantly 160/90 ,placental calcifications with grade 3 matured placenta and doctor suggested to go for c-sec this week.present babies weight is 1.6 kg & 1.7 kg.we r so worried about low birth weight and any other complications may be problem for babies.

There is much complication with your pregnancy with high blood pressure there are heavy chances that babies can even get distressed and series of functions that follow which can cause death of babies because of preeclampsia that's why it is very very important that you must take a C section now in this week do not worry babies weight above 1.5 can thrive easily e and speak to your doctor about dexa injection so as to prepare your delivery two dose of injection will be given and it should be e given it is necessary please ask your doctor about this and plan for your delivery this week do not delay
