My wife is 37 weeks pregnant. Toady her Liver Function Test was done and in report the Alkaline Phosphatase is showing 155 and Globulin is showing 3.7 . Is this the normal range in pregnancy ? or is it a point of concern? Plz help.

I have replied you I will advise you to not to worry because your count is not critically low and that's why doctor did not suggest you about the donors but it is our responsibility to help you understand what happens in delivery if there is an excessive blood loss but that will again depend upon your doctor because you doctor know your case then do not worry she will be cautious while delivering

I will advise you to speak to your same doctor about increased ALP which is a common factor suggestive of liver function so it is important to check with your ultrasound report because you have not posted your ultrasound report so I cannot check if the baby growth is proper

I dont know why she said so. But I am worried. Should we consult anotther doctor with this report? Plz guide us.
