Hi Madhav. This is common during pregnancy. But having food is also very important for her and growth of baby. Ask her to have small meals every 2 hours. Avoid oily, spicy and masala food. Ask her to drink juice, limbu Paani, nariyal Paani, butter milk, fruits, vegetables salad. Being in empty stomach increase the nausea more. Taking rest is also important.
