My wife is detected with two 6mm gollblader stone and a kidney stone she is in her 2nd trimester of pregnancy im really worried can experts please guide on this issuse.

She needs observation through out the pregnancy, if the cholelithiasis gets worsen, she may need emergency laproscopic cholecystectomy.. avoid spicy, oily , bakery foods, and include more fresh fruits n veggies, drink plenty fluids..
