balanced diet with variety of food. . include protein in every meal . snack on nuts and dry fruits and fresh fruits . eat something every 2 to 3 hrs. avoid spicy foods as it might cause acidity. have ghee .

home made food. includes more of fruits and veggies in her diet. more of calcuim and iron is required. also protein rich diet is advisable. tell her to keep herself hydrated throughout the pregnancy.
