My wife's last period first date was 1Decmber 2018 and she did pregnancy test pregnancy kit on 2 January 2019 as she missed her periods and the test was positive. We consulted doctor she said yes pregnancy is their she did trans vaginal but their is only sac no fetal pole even yesterday on 30th January 2019 we did abdominal ultrasound but still there is only sac no fetal pole but size of sac has increased.

Please tell me is it ok that their is no fetal pole visible or their is any problem?
