Hi Doctor , I'm 27 weeks pregnant with twins. From the beginning my hb levels are low at 9.2. Recently it 10.9 reached but still lower. I'm taking iron supplements regularly and also iron rich foods but no improvement.. little bit tensed about babies development.. kindly suggest..
