This was one the yummiest evening snack made yesterday !!
Ingredients: Sooji or rawa , water ,4 medium; boiled potatoes , Corriander leaves , salt , green chilies

How to make it ##


Heat half cup water and then put little oil then put half cup; sooji into it n soak for sometime ..

Mash it .. Add the potatoes and mash .. Add salt n Dhania Patta n green chili .. Make dough n then roll out fingers n fry in oil ..

Put one by one consecutively so that they do not stick to each other ..
Fry n take it out ..Serve with sauce or Mayonise ...
The taste of the Corriander in between is just awesome...You can skip green chilies if making for kids ...
