Malai kulfi with a dash of Strawberry syrup ...
Easy peasy recipe :
Half cup milkmaid

Half cup cream

2 cups milk

Mix together and boil and and let it cool .

In the ice cream mould put little bit of Strawberry syrup and freeze for 10 minutes then pour this mixture inside the moulds and freeze for 4 to 5 hours ..
Your yummy malai kulfi is ready ...
