Some fruits are long forgotten , thanks to life in a Metro !

I have always loved all desi fruits including Jamun , berries , amla , phalsa , carambola (star fruit ) and so on .. Whenever We get an opportunity ( especially during home visits ) we try to have these fruits and help our little one try it out too !!
Came across these mulberries. Rich in Vitamin C and antioxidants, iron song calcium . For a fruit mulberries are an unusually high source of protein too .They contain 4 gm of protein per servings which makes them great post workout snacks .
