#cholechilli This one is an interesting twist to our very own Chole!! Recipe : Soak Chole(chickpeas) for 4 to 5 hours then boil till tender . Mix little salt and two tsp of corn flour and fry in little bit oil .keep aside . Add one tsp of oil. Add onion, ginger , garlic, green chilies, zucini , baby corn , bell peppers and spring onions ..
Saute then , add the chole and saute ..add the sauces (tomato , chili, soy sauce ) add little bit of crushed pepper ..Done !! You can serve it as a starter or snack ..as you wish ☺️
