#navimumbaimoms #tgif #foodforlife Made chili chicken for dinner today in my Iron kadhai ..the aroma that you get Wen cooking in an iron kadhai is just awesome !! Of course it is tastier too :-)
Recipe : take chicken pieces and marinate with salt n pepper and lemon ..keep for an hour an discard the water ..
Next marinate it with crushed ginger garlic and soy sauce n corn flour and egg white ..shallow fry it (normally deep fried but I shallow fry it with less oil ,I feel it's juicer this way )keep them aside and in the same kadhai add onion garlic ginger green chilies and bell peppers and saute in high flame (it has to be half cooked ). Next add the chicken pieces and then soy sauce tomato n chilli sauce n little lemon juice or vinegar ...add crushed pepper and chili flakes n sprinkle some spring onions ...Done :-)
