Today's lunch is special !! Not because I have invited someone or making it for my Diva or my Hubby ...It's special because I have made if for myself today an exclusive treat to myself !!!
Everyday we cook and do things for everyone in our family , many a times we forget that we too exist or our taste too exists ...I ask everyone what do you want for lunch today ??

Today I thought of asking myself the same question ..What do you want for lunch today ???
It's not that i do not ask myself this question ever; , yes I do many a times but mostly go by making something short cut if no one else is there with me for lunch ...
Today Dev has gone to the office as usual and Diva will be back in the evening after the basket ball sessions in school , so a quite lonely lunch for me ...Yet I decided not to go for the shortcut lunch that I normally do when alone ...I decided to pamper myself and asked myself as my Mom used to ask what do you want for lunch today ???
Though my answer is the same through the years , remember mom making it for me and everyone relishing my taste ... I made Meetha pulao, Chana Dal, Desi chicken gravy , and Dahi baigan...

It was really Yummy and I just loved pampering myself !!!

Sure <span style="color:#3B5998;"><b> @6247946051de3d0014c4c1ce </b></span> <br> Dahi baigan :<br> Cut brinjal in 4 halfs longitudinally, add little oil then panch phoran *(meethi seeds,kala jeera,mustard,jeera,saunf) , curry patta and grated ginger and green chilies..add brinjal and salt n Haldi ..after the brinjal gets cooked switch off.. now add curd with a pinch of salt for curd...done ...
