I agree with Sonam. While giving bath..you can use finger brush ( available in medical store) or use washed clean clothes every time to clean tongue. Gently have to clean.

when I asked my pediatrician the same he said no need to clean... it gets clean by itself... but if you want to clean you can use a washed and clean damp muslin cloth or silicone tongue cleaners are also available...
