Im a working mom. My colleague from a different department at times makes me uncomfortable. I dont know but he talks very close and tries to flirt. I dont know if im over thinking. i cant avoid him bcoz of work and im not sure what to do. Pls suggest friends.

Please be bold and take a stand. Tell him directly that you are not comfortable.

Please stand up for urself and speak to him to maintain distance and also inform the higher authority about the same so that the people are aware about this guy...it always help in managing situation.

Tell him directly don't feel that if you say anything to him will have bad impact on ur work,  dear u r there because of ur potential. Stand for your dignity and inform Hr or high authority if he still do the same thing after giving him verbal warning.

You should straight away tell him to mind himself n behave formally. These things are too common in offices but it's high time we take a stand
